Wearable camera, technology stream video
from remote and offshore locations, store data
Onsight Cube wearable cameras can be worn on your helmet,
chest mount, or mono-pod to stream video and store data from
remote locations. It was developed by Wood in partnership with
this Canadian technology company.
The rugged camera wirelessly connects via Bluetooth to a
handset so in any location — you are in direct contact with
remote worksites to transfer such real-time data as audio, pictures, thermographic images, or video.
Onsight Cube enables access to high or difficult-to-reach
areas to help review current status and issues, or collaborate on
resolutions to improve quality and speed of problem solving.
The camera also comprises a protective casing plus ability to
operate in harsh environments over -20° to +55°. It is Zone 1
EX-certified as well. Models are fully compatible with eXpert.
They enhance capabilities of the solution to allow hands-free
capture of high-resolution images, super-bright LED illumination
and infrared (thermal) vision capture, and sharing.
