“New Orleans and Louisiana, with long ties
to some of the most active deepwater regions
in the world, is a perfect venue for the 15th annual Subsea Tieback Forum & Exhibition,” said
Mark Peters, vice president and group publisher of Offshore magazine, which presents this
PennWell event. “The theme ‘Subsea and all
that Jazz’ honors the host city’s wholly unique
history as the birthplace of jazz and Southern
Louisiana as the birthplace of the offshore industry. Infuencers and decision-makers from
around the globe gather here this week to focus on one of the offshore industry’s most critical areas for its future growth in the world’s
largest subsea conference and exhibition.”
The Subsea Tieback Forum & Exhibition
has established itself as the largest global exhibition for the subsea engineering industry,
with the 2014 conference attracting a record
number of 2,870 attendees from 33 countries
and 31 states perusing the booths of more
than 220 exhibitors. Final attendance numbers for this year’s programs are expected to
achieve another new record.
